These two characters spouted from a conversation I had with :icondonlawride: and I think I'm in love. xDD

Purchalace is the Togetic coughcough mine and Foreign is the Beheeyem coughcough Don's. They're supervillains competing to take over the world. Or something. I don't even know any more; but damn they're entertaining to RP!

Haha, I've not done anything much with them yet, nor am I sure what to do with them! xD They were just characters I made on a whim really, but I would like to do something with them at some point :-)

Especially if they have some sort of fun quirk (the one I mentioned talks only in broken grammar/Engrish). Then people like reading their scenes too!

Foreign takes everything very literally, if that's considered a quirk? xD (hence him saying 'woof woof' to Puchalace when she calls him barking)
